Production Capacity

We have a total production capacity of boiled paddy crushing of about 1600 metric tons per day.

Our rice mill units are located in close proximity to the paddy market (mandi). Our Sourcing & Processing units are strategically located between paddy hubs, which helps us form a seamless transportation network and helps us to procure the highest quality of paddy at affordable rates all-round the year.

All our produce is locally sourced directly from farmers, encouraging a better livelyhood and a stronger local ecosystem.

Cutting Edge Production Facilities

Our machines follow industry 4.0 standards and are installed with a fully automated PLC based system from Allen Bradley. There is no human touch involved in handling rice grain in any of our processes. The complete process of manufacturing, packaging and loading is completely automated and closely guided by our quality check experts.

Processes

90% of our overall production consists of boiled and steam rice and we have finessed these processes. Over our years of experience we have researched and developed our proprietary methods of steaming and parboiling of rice. All our dryers and cookers are custom designed by us to fit in with our one of a kind production techniques.

The quality of parboiled in terms of colour, taste, odour, cooking result etc. depends on the quality of water being used during parboiled process. To maintain high quality we use RO water, and the effluents discharged during parboiling process are taken to ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) where BOD, COD, TDS, PH is maintained and same water is reused for production. We have the biggest ETP of capacity 6.5 lakhs litres per day.

Storage

We have developed Warehouses for storing and raging of rice. For the domestic market rice ageing of 1year to 2 year is done for - JSR and HMT rice. For short term storage of paddy we use Brock Silos.

Laboratory/Quality Control

We have In house laboratory where quality check of every batch of rice is done at all stages of rice processing.
